Purpose

Arrange system & basis of blood flow dependent
drug dosage control settings for liver disease patient & patient with declined liver function

Many of oral drugs are blood flow dependent drugs. In case of liver illness patients,
there is no guideline for exact dosage to treat illness based on its severity of liver disease

Confer with MFDS regarding injection dosage regulation and guideline

Decide proper dosage for necessary drug through animal experiment

Application

When developing new drugs or generics, dosage determining guideline
should be proposed depend on its liver function and drug metabolism & characteristics
